EXHIBITOR INQUIRIES
The NYSAFC office staff will once again be handling all aspects of show management for FIRE 2025! Exhibit space sales and assignments, sponsorship, and all other facets of the event will be handled by the association’s New York-based staff. All correspondence and event-related documents should be submitted to NYSAFC headquarters. Email questions or call NYSAFC at (800) 676-3473.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Housing Sheet for Hotels with NYSAFC Room Blocks

Reservations must be made online or by phone directly with hotels.
NYSAFC has reserved room blocks in 10 hotels, many within walking distance to The Oncenter. By booking through our room blocks, you'll be supporting NYSAFC and keeping costs down! Individuals must be registered for the event as an attendee or exhibitor in order to reserve hotel rooms. Registration status will be confirmed before hotel reservations are processed. Reservations will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
