The course meets and exceeds the requirements of Town Law 176-e, is approved by the New York state comptroller, and satisfies fire commissioner training requirements for those required to complete training within 270 days of election or appointment. Designed for fire commissioners, fire district secretaries, and treasurers, fire chiefs are also encouraged to attend.
