The pre-registration cutoff date is June 7.
No badges or tickets will be mailed after this date. Registration is available at the door.

Pre-Registration: $25 (per person, includes three tickets) DEADLINE: JUNE 7
On-Site: $10 (per person, per day)
Valid for entrance to the exhibits only (Thursday-Saturday).
FULL TERM REGISTRATION
NYSAFC Individual Member: $100 (per person)
Non-Member: $175 (per person)
Includes a four-day pass that allows entry to the event, including exhibits (Thursday-Saturday) and denoted education programs (Wednesday-Saturday). Wednesday is an education day only (no exhibits).
Also available on-site at Gate 1 (Main Gate) Box Office registration area.

Free entry to the exhibits.

Program descriptions, fees, prerequisites, and the HOT cancellation policy are available here. HOT registration includes Annual Conference & FIRE Expo Full Term registration, which allows entry to exhibits and most classroom education programs. HOT will be conducted from June 14-16 at the Syracuse Fire Department Training Center. Programs:

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Reservations must be made online or by phone directly with hotels.
NYSAFC has reserved room blocks in 19 hotels, many within walking distance to The Oncenter. By booking through our room blocks, you'll be supporting NYSAFC and keeping costs down! Individuals must be registered for the event as an attendee or exhibitor in order to reserve hotel rooms. Registration status will be confirmed before hotel reservations are processed. Reservations will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
FULL TERM REGISTRATION & ONE DAY TICKET CANCELLATION POLICYConference registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to NYSAFC. A service fee of 25% will be applied. Badges/tickets, if issued to the registrant(s), must be returned with the letter of cancellation to receive a refund. The deadline for requesting refunds is July 10, 2023. Individual hotel cancellation policies apply. NYSAFC does not assume the responsibility for canceling hotel reservations if the association is notified of cancellation of your conference registration.
